London. An unbeaten century from Travis Head and an unbeaten half-century from Steve Smith helped Australia to 327 for three in 85 overs at stumps on the first day of the World Test Championship (WTC) final against India here on Wednesday. By the end of the day’s play, Head was on 146 and Smith was on 95. Opener David Warner scored 43 and Marnus Labushen scored 26 runs. For India, Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj and Shardul Thakur took one wicket each.
