    Australian players praised Kohli
Actually, a video has been shared by the ICC before the World Test Championship final. The video shows several Australian players, including captain Pat Cummins, being asked to describe Virat Kohli in one word, and then all the players are seen praising King Kohli in their own style.

Kohli has a great record against Australia
Virat Kohli has a great record against Australia. In 24 matches played against the Australian team, this star batsman has scored 1979 runs at an average of 48.26. Kohli has scored 8 centuries against Australia in Tests and scored his highest score of 186 against the team they last met in Ahmedabad during the fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 earlier this year.

Green called Kohli the man of India
In the latest ICC video, members of the Australian team such as Cameron Green, David Warner and Pat Cummins are seen praising Kohli. In this sequence, Green called Kohli the Man of India and said that he has been leading the team from the front for the last decade.

David Warner said the Indian star batsman’s cover drive was incredible while Labuschagne said the 34-year-old is one of the greats across all formats of the game. Usman Khawaja called Kohli ‘competitive’, while Mitchell Starc said the Indian batsman is very skilful and called him the backbone of the Indian middle order.

Cummins said Kohli is a good player who is always ready for a fight while Steve Smith described Kohli as a superstar of the game. Smith said that ‘he has been a superstar for a long time, loves playing against Australia, often scores runs against us, but hopefully this time we can keep him calm.’
