Moscow. Russian President Vladimir Putin formally annexed occupied parts of Ukraine to Russia, bypassing international law. Putin signed treaties on the inclusion of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia, Kherson in Russia at an event in the Kremlin. After which the tension increased further in the war that continued for seven months.
Putin said the newly included areas would be protected using “available means”. He urged Ukraine to sit down for peace talks but immediately warned that he would not discuss the return of Ukrainian territories that had been included in Russia. Ukraine, on the other hand, rejected Russia’s offer and said that as long as Putin remains president, there will be no talks.
In his address, Putin fiercely targeted Western countries. He said that the West has looted countries like India against the values of truth, freedom and justice. The West began its colonial policy in the Middle Ages and then took part in the slave trade, the genocide of Indian tribes in America, plundering in India and Africa, the wars of England and France against China.

He said, do we really want in our schools, from the primary classes, that children have been imposed with deformities that lead to decline and extinction? That they had been taught that there was a gender other than a man and a woman and that they were offered a sex-change operation? Do we really want this for our country, for our children?
