Jammu kashmir : Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh said on Monday that the Hurriyat Conference, a separatist organization in Jammu and Kashmir, is over, but efforts are being made to keep it alive from Pakistan. He said terrorism is now “on crutch” in the region. The DGP said that most of the madrassas are doing good work, but strict vigil is being kept on such institutions whose students have become terrorists in the past.

“The Hurriyat Conference in Jammu and Kashmir is over,” the police chief told reporters on the sidelines of a cricket tournament organized by the police for local youth in Kishtwar district. To keep it alive, its branch has been opened in Pakistan and they are calling for a ‘bandh’ from there.” ”, which is evident from the fact that there was no strike on August 5 (the third anniversary of the abrogation of the provisions of Article 370 and bifurcation of Jammu and Kashmir into two union territories) and on August 15.

Pakistan is also infiltrating through drones

Pakistan is not deterring from its antics. After the shooting down of the suspected drone in the past, now the movement of Pakistani drone has been seen again. This suspicious drone was seen in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir. People of Sarthikalan village in Samba district, which is adjacent to the India-Pakistan International Border, informed the security forces after seeing a drone in the sky. This drone had entered India from across the border. On receiving the information, the security forces swung into action and thwarted the nefarious designs of Pakistan by conducting an intensive search operation.

Pakistani drones also entered during Amarnath Yatra

Earlier, even during the Amarnath Yatra, there were incidents of Pakistani drones entering Indian territory. The Pakistani drone had entered the Indian border from in front of the Khoda post of the International Border Area. The drone was seen twice in a month during the Amarnath Yatra. The drone that entered the border at Khoda Post remained in Indian territory for about 15 minutes. The security forces launched a search operation after the drone was sighted in the dark of night. Earlier, drone activity had also taken place in Kanachak and Kathua in Kashmir.
