Mohan Bhagwat: Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat on Monday said that for development, India will have to remain as India instead of following any other country. He said that if we try to become China, Russia, America, then it will have to be imitated. He said that by doing this people would definitely come to see the spectacle but that would not be the development of India. At the same time, he said that it was a mistake to believe in the people who constantly misrepresent the history of India and its wealth and war glory and it is necessary to take pride in the knowledge of geography and history to achieve the long-term goal of development. Bhagwat said this while releasing the book ‘Connecting with the Mahabharata’.
‘Some people say nothing in our history’
Sarsanghchalak said, “Some people tried to forget our country, our history. They were telling us that there is nothing in our history, there is no money pride, no war pride. They were telling our scriptures wrong. He said that Mahabharata, Ramayana were told as poetry and story. But it is important to understand that does any fantasy last so long?
Bhagwat said that Ved Vyas had no hope for the throne and he was a sage, so why would Vyas speak wrong in Mahabharata? He said that happiness and sorrow are things to come and we should stick to our religion, this is the realization of Mahabharata.
Have to walk with a long goal: Bhagwat
Mohan Bhagwat said that our vehicle has now turned towards development and we are moving towards that. He said that we have to take a long target for this purpose and keep moving forward on it. The RSS chief said that for this knowledge of history and geography is needed and there should be pride in one’s history.
