23 football stadiums will be built in Bihar: approval has been given for the construction of new outdoor stadiums in 27 blocks, there will also be seating stands and athletics tracks

Under the Mukhyamantri Khel Vikas Yojana, there is a target of building one outdoor stadium in each block of Bihar state.

Under the Mukhyamantri Khel Vikas Yojana, there is a target of building one outdoor stadium in each block of Bihar state. So far, out of total 534 blocks of the state, approval has been given for the construction of outdoor stadiums in 312 blocks. In the financial year 2022-23, out of the remaining blocks, approval has been given for the construction of new outdoor stadiums in 27 blocks. This approval has been given by the Directorate of Student and Youth Welfare, Art, Culture and Youth Department, Patna, Bihar.

4 stadiums and 23 football stadiums will be constructed

In these 27 blocks, 4 stadiums with 400 meter track and 23 football stadiums with 200 meter track are to be constructed. Many facilities will be provided in both these types of stadiums. In these, four walls will be constructed along with the gate, one step seating stand and athletics track will also be there.

Facilities available in the stadium

P.C.C Platform, Toilet, Change Room, Guard Room, Store, Pavilion Building, Common Multi Activate Zone, Lobby, Ramp, Guard Room at Gate, Solar Street Light, Indoor Water Supply, Earth Feeling with Eve, Equipment like Grass Cutter And roller etc. facilities are going to be available in the new outdoor stadium.
