Work news for teacher candidates: 1.22 lakh posts in high schools till June, vacancy for 80 thousand posts in elementary schools till October

Candidates will have to wait longer for the recruitment of more than two lakh teachers from elementary to high schools. Vacancy for teacher recruitment will come only next year. The vacancies are expected to come up by June 2023 to recruit 1.22 lakh teachers in high and higher secondary schools. Vacancy for the recruitment of 80257 teachers in primary schools will come after October. The draft of teacher recruitment and transfer rules is almost ready. On the basis of the new rules, the teachers will be reinstated under the seventh phase.

Online applications will be taken from the candidates in a centralized manner. Education Minister Prof. on Friday on the matter of teacher recruitment rules. Chandrasekhar held a review meeting with departmental high officials. Minor changes are being made in the teacher appointment rules on the instructions of the Education Minister. There will be restoration of 89734 posts for higher secondary schools and 44193 posts for secondary schools. That is, for classes 9 to 12, a total of one lakh 21 thousand 927 posts will be restored. There will be restoration of 80257 posts from classes 1 to 8 in elementary schools. The aim of the Education Department is to reinstate the teachers in the 2023-24 session. In the seventh phase, online applications will be taken from the candidates for teacher reinstatement through software in a centralized manner.

Due to these reasons, there is delay in getting the vacancy.
