ICC’s latest T20 Batting World Rankings have arrived. Although Suryakumar Yadav remains on top in this list, but he has lost 10 points due to not being able to last much in the ICC T20 World Cup Semifinal.
Significantly, in the rankings released earlier, Suryakumar Yadav was on top with 869 points. But, now his points have come down to 859. He is followed by Pakistan opener Mohammad Rizwan on the second spot with 836 points. The biggest gainer in the latest rankings has been Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam (Babar Azam Captain Pakistan Cricket Team). Scored a half-century against New Zealand in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup, 2022. He has benefited from it, he has jumped a notch higher. Now Babar Azam is on the third position. Devon Conway is in fourth place.
Aiden Markram of South Africa has also got a place in the latest world rankings. Aiden Markram is fifth, Dawid Malan sixth, Riley Rossouw seventh, Glenn Phillips eighth, Aaron Finch ninth and Pathum Nisanka of Sri Lanka at 10th position.
