    T20 World Cup Squads: 16 teams are participating in the T20 World Cup starting next month in Australia. These teams were supposed to inform the ICC about their respective squads by 15 September, but so far only eight teams have been able to do so. The other 8 teams are yet to choose their 15-member squad. The Pakistan team will announce its squad by this evening, but it is difficult to say anything about the remaining 7 teams. In such a situation, it is expected that if even these 7 teams are not able to choose their team till tonight, then the deadline can be extended.

    These teams have announced their squad
    First the host country Australia announced its T20 squad. After this England, South Africa, India, Namibia, Netherlands also selected their teams. On Wednesday, West Indies and Bangladesh also announced their squads.

    These eight teams could not find the right combination
    Teams from Pakistan, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, Scotland, Ireland and UAE are yet to find their perfect 15 players combination for the T20 World Cup. However, Pakistan’s Chief Selector Muhammad Wasim will announce his squad today (September 15) at 4.30 am.

    The matches will start from October 16
    The group stage matches (qualifying matches) of the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia are starting from 16 October. Eight teams are participating in this. Out of these eight teams, four teams will reach the Super-12. Eight teams have already qualified in Super-12. The matches of the Super-12 round will start from October 22. The first match will be played between Australia and New Zealand. Team India will start its campaign from 23 October with a match against Pakistan.
