Snatched from grocery businessman in Saharsa: Bariahi was going home from market, miscreants snatched cash by showing pistol

The victim businessman approached the police station.

In Saharsa late on Friday night, two miscreants escaped after snatching 18000 rupees in cash from a grocery trader. At the same time, the victim grocer chasing the two miscreants who were running away, caught both the miscreants near Kahra Kuti of Sadar police station area. A crowd of its local people started gathering.

Seeing the crowd, the businessman immediately called the police after giving information on the phone. Both the miscreants were handed over. The incident is being told near Bengha and Sarahi road of Sadar police station area. At the same time, the victim businessman has appealed for justice by giving a written application to the Sadar police station.

The name of one of the two miscreants is Suman Kumar, who is a resident of Kathdumar village of Simribakhtiarpur police station area, and the other miscreant’s name is Birendra Kumar, who is said to be a resident of Tilathi village of Simribakhtiarpur police station area.

An FIR has been lodged in Sadar police station.

The victim businessman has told in the written application that he was coming to his home from Bariahi Bazar. At the same time, both the miscreants chased after showing pistol and knife in Bengha and Sarahi road and ran away after snatching 18 thousand cash and mobile from their pocket. When both the miscreants were on the run, they were chased and caught near the Kahra hut. After that both the miscreants were handed over to the police.
