The 3-match Test series between Australia and South Africa (AUS vs SA Test Series, 2022-23) is starting from 17 December. In view of the ICC World Test Championship 2021-23, this series will be important for both the countries. Because, both the countries are considered to be the big contenders of WTC Season-2.

And it is worth noting that if Australia wins 2-1 in this series, then South Africa will be almost out of the race for the final of ICC World Test Championship 2021-23.

India’s eyes will also be on this Test series of these two countries. If South Africa wins this series, Team India’s road to the final of the ICC World Test Championship, 2021-23 will be almost closed. Significantly, Australia had performed well in the recently played Test series against West Indies (WI vs AUS Test Series, 2022).
