A trough is extending from a cyclonic circulation over Northeast Rajasthan and UP through MP, North Chhattisgarh and North Odisha up to Northwest Bay of Bengal.

Light to moderate rain is very likely over parts of Punjab, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, rest of Northeast India, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, East Rajasthan, MP, Chhattisgarh and Konkan and Goa. On the other hand, light rain may occur over Vidarbha, Marathwada, Telangana, Interior Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep.
