New Delhi: South Africa’s star player AB de Villiers has broken the silence regarding IPL 2023. He has made a big deal about his return to the Royal Challengers Bangalore camp in next year’s IPL 2023. He told that, he is going to return to RCB for the next season of IPL.
AB de Villiers used to play for Delhi Capitals (Delhi Daredevils) from 2008 to 2011 in the beginning of IPL. After this, he was seen playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore from the year 2011 to 11 seasons. At the same time, before the mega auction of IPL 2022, AB de Villiers announced his retirement and broke ties with RCB.

At the same time, news was coming since IPL 2022 that de Villiers is going to join the team in the next season. But, now the veteran player himself has broken the silence on this matter. He told that, he will return to the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
De Villiers himself said in a Twitter space hosted by him, “I will return to Chinnaswamy next year, not to play, but to apologize to all the fans for not winning the trophy and for supporting him for over a decade. I will thank you.” De Villiers said, “I am not playing cricket again due to surgery on my right eye.”
