    India vs New Zealand 3rd ODI: In the last match of the three-match ODI series between India and New Zealand, Team India once again displayed excellent batting performance. In this match being played at the Holkar Stadium in Indore, India scored a mammoth score of 385 runs while batting first. New Zealand team captain Tom Latham won the toss and chose to bowl first. But this decision did not prove right for him. The Indian batsmen thrashed the New Zealand bowlers fiercely and have set a target of 396 runs in 50 overs to win them.

    India’s openers got the team off to a good start. Captain Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill scored 212 runs in the first wicket partnership. He had taken the team’s score beyond 200 in the 25th over itself. Rohit scored 101 runs in 85 balls, which included 9 fours and 6 sixes. Shubman Gill also completed his century. Gill scored 113 runs in 78 balls. These include 13 fours and 5 sixes.

    Virat Kohli also looked in full form, but got out after scoring 36 runs in 27 balls. Ishaan and Suryakumar Yadav also could not last long, but Hardik Pandya batted brilliantly and scored 54 runs in 38 balls to bring the team’s score close to 400.
