Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has tied up with UNICEF to promote the empowerment of women and girls and gender equality through cricket.
This partnership will start from the upcoming T20 World Cup in Australia in which all the 16 participating countries will organize “Cricket 4 Good Coaching Clinics”. 40 children will participate in each of these. In these clinics, children will learn about gender equality as well as meet their own cricketing heroes.
