Hotel Levana Fire Case: A local court here on Wednesday rejected the anticipatory bail application of Pawan Agarwal, one of the owners of a hotel in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow in which four persons died in mangoes this month. Earlier, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had ordered a detailed inquiry into the matter. A case under sections 304 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against hotel owner Rahul Agarwal, Rohit Agarwal, Pawan Agarwal (all three from the same family) and hotel general manager Sagar Srivastava. A day after the incident, the police arrested Rahul Agarwal, Rohit Agarwal and Sagar Srivastava. Police sources said that Pawan Agarwal is likely to be arrested soon.
