The air quality can improve if it rains well. Right now the share of stubble smoke is being recorded negligibly in Delhi’s pollution. Its share will be recorded in the next few days. In the last 24 hours, the level of PM 10 was 177 and the level of PM 2.5 was 80 micrograms per cubic meter.

The effect of pollution will be less this year due to seasonal conditions

According to SAFAR, lesser impact of pollution can be seen in October and November this year as compared to last year. The weather conditions are mainly responsible for this. According to the report of SAFAR, the departure of monsoon this year has been delayed. At the same time, after the monsoon has passed, the heat remains in the atmosphere. This time Diwali is also in October and anti cyclonic circulation is forming. Due to all these conditions, the health of the air will gradually deteriorate. In such a situation, there is no possibility of much smoke of pollution till the end of October. On the other hand, if this time the incidents of stubble burning reach the peak by the end of October and the incidents of stubble burning are reduced to half, then the chances of recording a day of severe category are also less. In such a situation, the air quality can be recorded only in the very poor category.
