Mitan Yojana Chhattish Gar : The residents of Bilaspur along with the state are getting the benefit of the “Mukhya Mantri Mitan Yojana” launched by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in entire Chhattisgarh from May 1, 2022. This scheme has been implemented in all 14 municipal corporation areas of the state including Bilaspur Corporation. People have got a lot of convenience from the facilities being available from the Mitan Yojana while sitting at home. So far 6 thousand 791 people have taken advantage of this service under the Mitan scheme. For these certificates people only have to book an appointment on toll free number 14545. After this, Mitan comes home and takes the necessary documents for the certificate and after getting the certificate ready, delivers it home. This scheme is getting good response from the people and their faces have blossomed after getting the necessary government documents sitting at home.
Virendra Kumar Dewangan, a resident of Chingrajpara of Municipal Corporation Bilaspur, told that he called on the toll free number 14545 of Mitan Yojana to get residence and income certificates of his children. After making the call, he gave all the necessary documents to Mitan for the certificate. All the procedures were completed by Mitan at Mr. Dewangan’s house and his children’s residence and income proof became. Dewangan says about this scheme that through this scheme of Chhattisgarh government, now we have got rid of going round the tehsils.
Neha Bhoi, a resident of Katiapara, approached Mitan to get the marriage certificate made after her marriage. He told that his certificate was brought home by Mitan. Arpit Chauhan of Sarkanda availed the benefit of Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana for the birth certificate of his nephew. Thanking the government for this scheme, Chouhan said that due to the operation of Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana, both time and money are being saved. This scheme is also proving effective in improving the standard of living of the citizens of the state.

16 types of services are being provided under the Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana. Currently Birth Certificate, Correction in Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Correction in Death Certificate, Original Residence Certificate, Marriage Registration and Certificate, Income Certificate, OBC Certificate, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe Certificate Documents related to shop and establishment registration, copy of land record, land information (land use), Aadhaar card registration of children up to five years, name, address and mobile number correction in Aadhaar card, pen card, pen update and duplicate facilities is being given.

After booking an appointment the applicant receives an SMS with the booking details. After this, Mitan reaches the applicant’s house on the fixed time and date and receives the necessary documents. After the certificate is issued, the certificate is delivered by Mitan to the applicant’s home.
