    Bharat Jodo Yatra: During the padyatra, Rahul met the families of Corona victims, made a big appeal to PM Modi

    The ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, which was disrupted due to rain in Karnataka, has started once again from Tondwadi Gate in Chamarajanagar. Rahul Gandhi along with his supporters has come out on the road to meet people. During this, Rahul was seen taking the news of the people. Today is the 24th day of the padayatra. Let us inform that the India Jodi Yatra which started at 6.30 am got delayed today. According to Congress party sources, the yatra was scheduled to start from Thondawadi in Chamarajanagar district at 6.30 am on Saturday but got affected due to torrential rains. During his visit, Rahul Gandhi also met the family of those who lost their lives to Corona.

    Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday called for fair compensation for the families of COVID-19 victims and asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi why are you depriving them of their right? Gandhi interacted with the family members of the deceased who lost their lives due to lack of oxygen in Karnataka’s Gundlupet during the Bharat Jodo Yatra on Friday. Sharing a video from that conversation, Rahul tweeted on Saturday, “Prime Minister, listen to Pratiksha, who lost her father due to the BJP government’s COVID mismanagement”.

    On the other hand, Indian National Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh tweeted that the 24th day of the Bharat Jodo Yatra, which was to begin at 6:30 am from Begur, has been delayed due to rain. It rained after a gap of 15 days and it would benefit the farmers. This is what travel is for, directly or indirectly! Rahul Gandhi will spend 21 days covering a distance of 511 km in the state during his march.
