The latest news is that BCCI has decided to constitute Cricket Advisory Committee before the new selection committee and this process has also been completed. This committee includes 3 former Indian players.
According to the information released by the BCCI, the names of Ashok Malhotra, Jatin Paranjpe and Sulakshana Naik are included in the 3-member committee. Significantly, Ashok Malhotra has played 7 Test matches and 20 ODIs for the country. In addition, Ashok Malhotra has also been the President of the Cricket Association. Jatin Paranjpe has played 4 ODIs for the Indian team. And, Sulakshana Naik has played 2 Tests, 46 ODIs and 31 T20 matches for the Indian team.
