Arrest warrant issued against 2 SI and 1 ASI
Sheikhpura. The Police and Excise Department are continuously seen active in implementing the liquor prohibition case strictly. But after the arrest in this case, the slowness of the police is also coming to the fore.
In this regard, Special Judge of Prohibition of Liquor Act ADJ II Vikas Kumar in Civil Court has issued arrest warrants against two Inspectors of Excise Department and one ASI. The order has been given to the Excise Police Station to present all of them in the court for testimony at any cost on the 15th of December.
The arrest warrant of Excise Jamadar Yashwant Kumar Singh has been made in two cases of liquor. While arrest warrants have been issued to Inspector Ranjiv Kumar Jha and Arun Kumar to testify in one case each. The information received in this regard was told that earlier also summons had been issued to these officers for testimony by the court. Court has issued arrest warrants in Excise Case No. 43/17, and 197/17. Even before this, warrants have been issued by the court against many police officers and excise officers for being slow in their testimony.
