50 thousand prize money arrested in Begusarai: Notorious Maruti Nandan was absconding for 10 years, STF raided and caught

In Begusarai, BJP leader Anil Dev’s brother Samir Dev, wanted in the murder case and a reward of 50 thousand rupees, notorious crook Maruti Nandan Jha alias Guddan Jha has been arrested by Patna STF team from Bachwara police station area. He has been arrested by STF from NH 28. Let us tell you that on 30 April 2017, Sameer Dev was shot dead by miscreants in Sankho village of Parihara police station.

In this case, Maruti Nandan Jha alias Guddan Jha, resident of Parihara village, was wanted by the Begusarai police. According to the information received from STF sources, Patna STF had received information that a rogue worth Rs 50,000 was going somewhere via NH 28. On this information, a siege was carried out in the Bachwara police station area. Then Maruti Nandan Jha was arrested between Samastipur and Bachwara. Let us inform that in many police stations of the district, about 10 cases of murder, robbery, extortion are registered against Maruti Nandan Jha.

It is being told that for the last 10 years, Maruti Nandan Jha was absconding in the eyes of the police. He continued to carry out criminal incidents including many murders even during the absconding. Although in the meantime the police was also constantly trying to arrest him, but every time he used to dodge the police and leave. Because of this, a reward of ₹ 50000 was also kept by the police headquarters for the arrest of Maruti Nandan Jha. Now the team of Patna STF has arrested Maruti Nandan Jha. At present, the police is engaged in interrogating him.
