A young man from Sursand of Sitamarhi was shot and seriously injured. The incident is near Karuna village of Sursand police station area. Where six masked miscreants riding on two bikes have executed the said incident with the intention of looting. After the incident, with the help of the local people, the injured have been admitted to the private clinic of the city for treatment.
Was returning home with laptop
According to the information received, on Monday night the injured was going to his house by bike from his brother-in-law’s house with a laptop. Meanwhile, the miscreants sitting in ambush from the east stopped his bike with the intention of looting and started looting. On protesting, the miscreants shot the young man in the side. Hearing the sound of the same bullet, the local people gathered. Seeing the crowd of people coming, all the miscreants ran away with laptop bags.
Treatment is going on in private hospital
The injured youth has been identified as Manish Kumar, son of Amar Narayan Thakur alias Bhola Thakur, resident of Bara village of Baghadi panchayat of police station area. People told that first admitted to CHC for treatment. Seeing the critical situation where the doctors were referred to Sadar Hospital. Admitted to a private hospital by relatives. The doctor told that he had two bullets. One is attached to the armpit and the other to the side. The bullet has been fired. At present he is out of danger.
Police is investigating
The injured told that he was returning from Didi’s house. The robbers stopped first and started snatching mobile and car. Shot on protest. She reached the hospital on the information of the incident, the city police station is waiting for the injured to regain consciousness regarding the matter.
