Bike riding miscreants shot and injured a bike rider and snatched his bike near Awabkarpur village of Tajpur-Mahua road under Bangra police station area of ​​Samastipur district. After executing the incident, the bike rider miscreants fled towards Kothia. The number of miscreants was 3 who were riding on two different bikes. The injured bike rider youth was brought to a private hospital in Tajpur for treatment by the local people from where PMCH has been referred to Patna.

The injured bike rider was told as Ravishankar Kumar (20), son of Lalbabu Rai, resident of Gangapur village of Waini OP. At the time of the incident, the bike rider was returning home from a relative’s place in Khajuri village. According to the information received from the scene, three miscreants riding two bikes chased him from Kothia side and surrounded him before Sirsia Power House. Due to which he fell on the spot.

Meanwhile, the miscreants took his bike and fled taking advantage of the darkness. On being asked about this, the in-charge of Bangra police station Hanuman Chaudhary said that the miscreants shot at a bike rider and snatched the bike after injuring him. The matter is being investigated. He said that raids are being conducted to arrest the miscreants. On the other hand, Male leader Surendra Prasad Singh said that crime incidents have increased in various areas of the district including Tajpur, the police should take the strictest action.
