Youth dies after being hit by train in Jamui: Standing beside the track, jumped in front as soon as Tata-Danapur Superfast arrived

A young man died after being hit by a train at a distance of 200 meters from the platform of Jamui railway station under East Central Railway. After the incident, a crowd of local villagers gathered on the railway track. The incident took place between the pole number 392/36 and 392/34 of the railway track. The deceased youth has been identified as Suraj Mandal, 22 years father Anil Mandal, Barhat block of Lakra area. After the incident, the family is in a bad condition by crying. The incident has been informed to the family members by the local people.

According to the information received, the young man jumped in front of the train in front of the Tata Danapur Super Express down train. Due to which the youth died on the spot. Local people told that the youth was standing next to the track at the time of the Tata Danapur Express train, when he jumped in front of the train and committed suicide as soon as the train was about to arrive. At present the police has not reached the spot. However, the incident has been informed by the local people to the Jamui GRP Police. The police have not reached the spot till the writing of the news.
