While sharing the information, the temple has said that the total assets of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is Rs 2.26 lakh crore. The same further told that the temple has 10.03 tonnes of gold deposits worth more than 5,300 crores in the banks. Apart from this, if we talk about the total cash, it is Rs 15,938 crore.

According to bank-wise investment details released by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), the temple had deposits of 7.4 tonnes of gold in 2019. TTD executive officer AV Dharma Reddy was quoted as saying that in 2019, the investment in fixed deposits in different banks was Rs 13,025 crore, which has increased to Rs 15,938 crore. There has been an increase of Rs 2,900 crore in just three years.
