Wreath laid on life-size statue: CM said – we are moving ahead by adopting Bapu’s ideas

The Chief Minister said that today is the birth anniversary of Bapu. Taking advice from experts, we have got a huge statue of Bapu installed at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. In this statue, Bapu is shown blessing the child and the child. I enjoy coming here. He was discussing with journalists after garlanding the Gandhi statue at Gandhi Maidan.

He said that we are moving ahead in life by adopting the thoughts of Bapu. On the question asked about the arrival of Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Bihar on the birth anniversary of Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan, the Chief Minister said that everyone has the right to go anywhere. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar garlanded a huge life-size statue/picture of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, Finance Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Education Minister Chandrashekhar, Transport Minister Sheela Kumari also paid their respects.

On the other hand, the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India Lal Bahadur Shastri was celebrated in Shastrinagar Park. On this occasion, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, Finance Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Education Minister Chandrashekhar, Transport Minister Sheela Kumari paid tribute to Lal Bahadur Shastri by garlanding him.
