    The BCCI has not yet announced the date of the women’s IPL players’ auction. However, according to media reports, the players’ auction for the women’s IPL could be held on February 10 or 11. This auction can be organized in Delhi.

    Five franchises will participate in the auction of women players. Recently, BCCI Secretary Jai Shah tweeted that 4669.99 was bid for five teams. In which Adani Sports Line Pvt Ltd bid Rs 1289 crore for the Ahmedabad team. With this, the Ahmedabad team became the most expensive team in the league. Reliance’s own company India Win Sports Pvt Ltd spent Rs 912.99 crore for the Mumbai team.

    Apart from this, Bangalore Royal Challengers Sports Pvt Ltd also bought the Bangalore team in the Women’s Premier League for Rs 901 crore. At the same time, the Delhi team was bought by JSW GMR Cricket Pvt Ltd for Rs 810 crore. The owner of the Lucknow team has become Capri Global Holdings Company. He bought the Lucknow team for Rs 757 crore.
