Worship of Mahagauri on the eighth day of Navratri: In Madhubani, since morning, there has been a rush of devotees in the pandals, deployment of security forces

Mahagauri, the eighth form of Maa Durga, is being worshiped in different puja pandals of Madhubani. There is a huge crowd of devotees for darshan and worship. Special arrangements have been made by the Puja Pandal Committee to control the same crowd. The women, who reached the puja pandal to fill the void, are entering the temple in turn and praying for happiness, peace and prosperity. The same large number of security forces have also been deployed.

Devotees have also gathered in Sapta Durga Temple, Kotwali Chowk, Gillation Durga Temple, Gaushala Chowk Durga Temple, Sibipatti Durga Temple, Sugauna Durga Temple, Belhawar Durga Temple in the district.
