- Woman Tried To Burn Her Niece Alive, In A Land Dispute In Samastipur, Aunt Sprinkled Kerosene On Her Niece And Set Her On Fire, Condition Critical

In Udaipur Ward 12 locality of Rosra police station area of Samastipur district, on Sunday evening, the aunt tried to burn her niece alive by sprinkling kerosene on her. After the attack, the gathered people extinguished the fire in the girl’s body and immediately admitted her to Rosra Sub-Divisional Hospital, from where she was sent to Samastipur Sadar Hospital. Seeing the serious condition of the girl, the doctors of Sadar Hospital have referred her to PMCH. The injured girl Neha Kumari, daughter of Singheshwar Ram of Mohalla, has been described as 22 years old.
In relation to the incident, Singheshwar Ram, the father of the injured girl, told that he has been having a land dispute with his own Patidar for a long time. Everyone was outside the house on Sunday evening. His daughter Neha was cooking. Meanwhile, her sister-in-law Tried to burn the daughter alive by sprinkling kerosene on her body from behind. On hearing the screams of the daughter, when they reached the courtyard, extinguished the fire and immediately rushed her to the hospital. After the incident, her family members fled. On the other hand, the incident has been reported to the police. In the Sadar Hospital, the inspector of the city police station tried to take the statement of the victim’s family, although her statement could not be taken due to the girl being in a state of unconsciousness.
Inspector Vinay Kumar said that the statement of the father of the injured has been taken as the girl is in critical condition and has been referred to PMCH. The correct situation will be known after the girl regains consciousness. Right now the family members have accused their Patidar of burning him alive. The land dispute is going on between the two for a long time.
