The bank’s loan was to be settled for Rs 18,000. He was unable to pay the bank. He started crying bitterly and said – Sir, now there is only 10 thousand rupees.

On this, a young man from the village helped three thousand rupees. Seeing the elderly crying, District Judge Rakesh Singh freed the elderly Rajendra Tiwari from debt by giving 10 thousand cash to him.

Actually, a case of 18 years ago came in Lok Adalat. In this, Rajendra Tiwari had taken a loan from the bank for the marriage of his daughter about 18 years ago. But, he was not able to repay the loan. Notices were being sent repeatedly to the elderly by the bank. Even before this notice was sent to him. Then he was directed to join the Lok Adalat.

There was a demand of 18 thousand from the bank

When Rajendra Tiwari reached Lok Adalat for loan settlement, the bank demanded ₹ 18 thousand. The elder said that I am deeply in debt for the marriage of my daughter. I cannot have more than ₹5 thousand. Saying this the elders started crying bitterly. Hearing this in Judge Rakesh Kumar, he felt pity on seeing the condition of Rajendra Tiwari. He told the bank officials that I am giving their loan. A youth of the village gave 3 thousand rupees from him. A total of Rs 8,000 was deposited.

After this, Judge Rakesh Kumar freed the old man from debt by giving 10 thousand in cash to the bank officials. As soon as this news spread, praise of the judge started in the court premises. Lawyers who arrived in large numbers after this incident also congratulated Judge Rakesh Kumar.
