An uncontrolled truck entered the Dussehra fair in Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday night. The uncontrollable truck crushed two real sisters on the Kotwali road of the city, due to which both of them died on the spot. While many people got injured. At around 9.30, a truck reached the District Magistrate’s residence, breaking the no-entry system of the fair. After this it turned towards Kotwali road with high speed. Due to the crowd in the fair, there was panic among the people. People started running to avoid the uncontrollable truck.
Meanwhile, Sakshi (13) daughter of Rupai Yadav, resident of Banspar Tola village of Lahilpar village of Bariapur police station area, and her cousin, the truck driver along with his family members Dharmendra Yadav and Usha came on Kotwali road at a high speed. Trishna (4) daughter Nigam. Due to which Sakshi died on the spot, while her sister Trishna was injured.
Nearby people took him to the district hospital for treatment, where he also died during treatment. While Shalu daughter Durgesh, a resident of Katari village, was seriously injured, who was rushed to the district hospital by the nearby people, where doctors referred her in a critical condition. There was a stir after the incident. As soon as the information was received, the top officers including Superintendent of Police SDM Sadar reached the May Force. The angry mob vandalized the truck by pelting stones. There are reports of injuries to half a dozen people who came to the fair in the incident.
