Violent clash between two sides in Samastipur.
In the Patili East Panchayat of Ujiarpur police station area of Samastipur district, the injured elderly person died on Thursday night in an incident of assault. The deceased Lakhan Sahni of this village is said to be 80 years old. His neighbor has been accused of assault.
People blocked the Pateli Satanpur road near Babulal Chowk with the dead body in protest against the police not taking action in the incident. During the road jam, people were raising slogans against the police administration. People said that in the incident of this assault that happened 3 days ago, an application has been made in the police station. But till now no action has been taken by the police. Even the FIR has not been registered. His morale is high as the accused have not been arrested.
