The road is being repaired for the safari. Tourists will be able to enjoy eco-tourism including jungle safari, e-rickshaw, cycle, pathway. For this, the VTR administration has started preparations.
VTR director Neshamani told that VTR is planning to start jungle safari from November 1. This time the tourism season will be delayed by 15 days due to rain. The road for jungle safari could not be repaired due to rain. But as soon as the rain has ended, repairs have been started. Other preparations are underway to open VTR.
Let us tell that this time along with the rain, the man-eating tiger played a role in delaying the tourist season. For 28 days, the forest department and VTR administration were engaged in the rescue of the tiger. Due to this also the jungle safari route could not be repaired. It rained here till 10 days ago. Due to this the mountain rivers passing through the forest were overflowing. Due to which the roads were damaged. However, on a war footing, the Forest Department is engaged in correcting the roads.
Tourists will not enjoy boating
On December 21, 2021, Nitish Kumar had a cabinet meeting in Valmiki Nagar. During this time the Triveni Canal, which was lying dead for boating, was made for boating. It was inaugurated by Nitish Kumar. But now there is no boat in this canal, nor is there any arrangement for boating here. However apart from this there is a lot to visit in Balmiki Nagar which is rare elsewhere in Bihar.

In the course of jungle safari, the sight of tigers creates thrill and curiosity to the tourists. Although the tiger is often seen in the middle of the road on Bagaha Valmiki Nagar main road. Along with this, dozens of rare species of animals including leopard, monkey, langur, deer, sambar, bear, gaur, wild dog, gharial, crocodile, nilgai, peacock, hill bulbul, mountain parrot will be seen here.
