Sadar police station’s gypsy was damaged
In Muzaffarpur, an FIR has been lodged at Brahmpura police station against the miscreants in the case of Mo. Tabarak’s death by being run over by JCB of Municipal Corporation. Regarding this, Lalan Kumar, Inspector of Sadar police station, had given an application to Brahmpura police station to register an FIR against the unknown miscreants who attacked the police and vandalized the patrol vehicle.
SHO Anil Kumar Gupta told that FIR has been registered. The miscreants are being identified on the basis of videos and photos. In the FIR registered at the police station, Inspector Lalan Kumar told the Brahmpura police that on March 5, the incident was reported through the PIR that the local people had blocked the road after the JCB accident near Mahesh Babu Chowk. This was affecting the law and order situation.
On the basis of the above information, the team reached the spot with the force. On seeing the police car, the miscreants attacked. While pelting stones at the police, the patrol vehicle was vandalized and damaged. However, the situation was brought under control after police from QRT and other police stations arrived. Two jawans received minor injuries in the incident. Along with this, the patrol vehicle was completely damaged.
The incident took place on the morning of March 5: Please tell that on the morning of March 5, 18-year-old Mo Tabarak was crushed by JCB of Municipal Corporation. In this incident, he died on the spot. He was going to the market to bring goods from the bike. After the incident, his family members and angry local people created ruckus for hours by blocking the road. The angry people had a scuffle with the passers-by as well as the police.
After the matter was settled, Mohsin, the father of the deceased Tabarak, lodged an FIR at Brahmpura police station alleging negligence on the arrested JCB driver. After questioning, the driver was presented in the court the next day and sent to jail.
