UP: Deoria MP Ramapati Ram Tripathi sentenced to One Eear, This Is The Case

BJP MP from Deoria Ramapati Ram Tripathi and Uttar Pradesh Sahakari Gram Vikas Bank Chairman Santraj Yadav have been sentenced to one year imprisonment and fine by the MP MLA court. The court has given this sentence in the case of obstructing government work and assault. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Prabhas Tripathi pronounced the sentence.
On behalf of the prosecution, Special Public Prosecutor Ambareesh Chandra Malla said that on July 16, 1994, the plaintiff sub-inspector Shivmangal Singh was present in Nausad along with his accomplices in the security arrangements and peace arrangements of BJP National President Lal Krishna Advani. Shortly after LK Advani left for Gorakhpur from Nausad, the workers blocked the National Highway raising slogans about the incident at Marwadiya well. Inspector Shivmangal tried to pacify him. The accused became furious and tried to snatch his service revolver. After this, more than a hundred workers attacked the police.
Ramapati Ram Tripathi told that the case was going on in the court. The matter is of 1994. Then Lal Krishna Advani had come. There was a dispute with the people of SP. I was not on the spot. I have been framed.
