ABU DHABI/MANAMA — Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in a cable has congratulated Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on the occasion of the issuance of a Royal Order appointing him as the Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has also congratulated Prince Mohammed on the occasion.
Meanwhile, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain congratulated Crown Prince Mohammed on the occasion of his new appointment.
In a cable, His Majesty King of Bahrain expressed his sincere congratulations to the Crown Prince for the royal trust, wishing him permanent success to continue his efforts and giving to serve the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people as well as to accomplish more achievements, progress and prosperity under the prudent leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
His Majesty also praised the solid and distinguished historical relations that bind the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain and their leaderships and peoples in terms of brotherhood, close ties, kinship and love.
Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, sent on Tuesday a cable congratulating Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on his new appointment.
In his cable, the Bahraini Crown Prince wished Prince Mohammed all success in carrying out his duties and achieving Saudi Arabia’s progress and prosperity under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman.
He hailed the longstanding relations between the two kingdoms and their peoples, as well as the importance of furthering bilateral cooperation and coordination at various levels. — SPA
