Police arrested three youths including International Criminal Court by raiding in Bairiya area of Ahiyapur police station of Muzaffarpur. A huge cache of arms has also been recovered from them. Along with this, weapons for making and repairing weapons have also been recovered.
It is being told that all the criminals were living in the house of a JE working in the Tourism Corporation on rent for about 1 year. Kislay was running a gang in his own name. Durga Puja was in the process of carrying out a big event. In the meantime, he was caught. It is being told that the gang has carried out criminal incidents from West Bengal to Nepal. Along with this, loot, extortion and other incidents have also been carried out in many districts of Bihar.
Many cases have been registered
There are many cases registered against this. The police was behind this for the last 3 years. But, it was not getting caught. In the matter, SSP Jayantakant gave information about the matter by holding a press conference on Monday evening. He said that the notorious criminal Kislay and two youths of his gang have been arrested. A carbine, 12 magazines, 2 pistols, 1 pistol, 20 cartridges, 11 fired cartridges, 41 mobiles and weapons for making and repairing were also recovered from the spot.
He told that the police was lying behind Kislay for almost 3 years. In 2015, he had kidnapped a railway guard in Raxaul, East Champaran and demanded ransom. Apart from this, there is extortion from many businessmen in Birgunj, Nepal. In Motihari, East Champaran, the incident of shooting and bombing was carried out due to non-receipt of extortion from the businessman.
It has admitted its involvement in several incidents, including the abduction of a businessman in West Bengal’s Siliguri. Also, during the investigation it was found that it also supplies weapons. Also, collects extortion from Muzaffarpur to Motihari in a systematic manner.
Raids led by DSP
He told that secret information was received, Kislay Singh is in the process of carrying out the incident along with his gang mates to carry out a big incident in Ahiyapur area. Based on the information, a team was formed under the leadership of Town DSP Raghav Dayal. Thereafter raids were conducted on his whereabouts.
In this, Kislay Singh was arrested along with his gang with a huge amount of weapons. During interrogation, Kislay said that there was a plan to loot on the occasion of Durga Puja. During the interrogation, information about many other criminals has come to light. After interrogation, efforts are being made to send the three to judicial custody.
