An uncontrolled truck overturned in a pit near Gangapur Chowk under Musrigharari police station area of Samastipur district. In relation to the incident, people say that while trying to save an unruly motorcycle rider, the truck overturned in a pit next to NH 28 near Gangapur Chowk in Musrigharari police station area and the driver was seriously injured.
On hearing the noise, hundreds of people around gathered at the spot and hurriedly admitted the injured driver to a private clinic where he is being treated by doctors. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police of the local Musrigharari reached the spot and started investigating the matter. It is told about the truck that the truck was going towards Musrigharari from Tajpur.
Meanwhile, the truck driver lost his control while trying to save the uncontrolled motorcycle rider, due to which the ballast laden truck overturned in the pit. The injured truck driver has been identified as 40-year-old Manoj Rai, a resident of Mirzapur village under Tajpur police station area. The bike rider fled away with the motorcycle. It is a matter of honor that the driver remained injured otherwise a big accident could have happened.
