Truck overloaded with sugarcane overturned in Bagaha, 4 killed: Overturned on people returning after eating Shraddha feast, 2 still buried inside

A sugarcane laden truck overturned in Bagaha on late Wednesday evening. Four people including three children died in the accident. At the same time, information about 2 to 3 people being buried inside the truck is being received. It is being told that all the people were returning from the nearby village after having Shraddha feast. Meanwhile, the overloaded sugarcane truck coming from Dhanha side overturned in Chainpur of Patilar. In which about 5 to 7 people got buried.

The sugarcane is being removed with the help of the local people. So far four people have been pulled out. Those who have died. While identifying the dead, the local people said that Vijay Bansfor’s wife Munni Devi (30), two daughters Buchi (8) and Neha (5) died on the spot. Lali (7), son of Vijay’s brother Lalbabu Bansphor, also died on the spot.

Right now people have refused to hand over the dead body to the police. Local people say that Bagaha sugar mill as well as overloading and speeding vehicles are responsible for this reason.
