Folk singers give soup in the name of country lovers martyrs on Chhath festival. I have been paying homage to the martyrs on Chhath Puja for the last five years. Folk singer Watan Premi told that ever since PM Modi had appealed to the countrymen to burn the names of martyrs, since that year, on the occasion of Chhath festival, he is giving a soup to the martyrs every year.
He told that in this there is full cooperation of his father Bindeshwari Yadav and mother Vimala Devi as well as the people of the whole village.
