According to the police, two other miscreants accompanying the arrested Dinesh were having an illegal relationship with a woman from the village itself. On the other hand, on the night of September 25, along with hotel operator Dinesh, two of his other friends had reached by bike to meet the said woman. Suddenly Sanatan Kumar, an employee of the tower company who had returned from outside, woke up, on which he started making hue and cry. On this point, the miscreants opened fire on him. Sanatan Kumar later died during treatment. The police station chief told that the arrested Dinesh runs a hotel at Shravan Chowk in the village itself. On the night of the incident, apart from Dinesh, his two other companions had reached Kodaria village after having dinner, where Sanatan suddenly woke up so that the matter could not be opened, the said people opened fire.
