Aadhaar card update: If you also have an Aadhaar card, then this news is very important for you. According to the rules of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), every Indian has to update his Aadhaar card every 10 years. Apart from this, the blue base i.e. the base of children is also updated between 5 years to 15 years.

UIDAI has announced that Aadhaar card holders can update their Aadhaar details for free by 14 June 2025. Due to the last date approaching, this is an important opportunity for those Aadhaar card holders who have not yet taken advantage of this facility. After the due date, you have to pay a fee of ₹ 50 for any change in the base details.

Which people have to do Aadhaar update?

Updating the information in Aadhaar card is very important for those who have not made any changes in their Aadhaar in the last 10 years. For children whose blue Aadhaar card is made, it is mandatory to update their biometric details between the ages of 5 and 15 years. UIDAI has also extended the last date many times before. However, this time it is believed that this date will not be extended further. Therefore, update your Aadhaar without losing time.
