    Varun Singh, son of Inspector Kunwarpal, who retired from the post of sub-inspector from Delhi Police, was beaten to death.

    Five police teams are raiding the possible hideouts of the assailants in connection with the alleged lynching of a man following a dispute over car parking near a roadside eatery in Ghaziabad district. Additional Superintendent of Police ASP (II) Gyanendra Singh said, “The police raided the residences of the accused in Rajpur village several times but they escaped. Now our team is raiding their possible hideouts.” The deceased has been identified as Varun alias Arun, a resident of Jawali village in Tila Mor area.

    There was a dispute over the parking dispute

    The son of a retired Delhi Police assistant inspector was allegedly lynched to death with a brick over a parking dispute in Ghaziabad district, two kilometers from the Delhi border. Police sources had said on Wednesday that Varun, son of retired assistant sub-inspector of Delhi Police, Kunwarpal Singh, had gone to eat food at a dhaba in Tila Mor police station area on Tuesday night and had parked his car near another car, causing his death. The door could not open. The people who came in another car had a fight with Varun over this matter, which took a big form on sight. He said that during this time people from the other side hit him on the head with bricks, due to which he was seriously injured and later the doctors in the hospital declared him dead.

    Police still far away from the accused

    Kunwar Pal said that even after getting the video clip that went viral on social media and CCTV footage, the police could not nab the accused. He said that the police should ensure the arrest of the killers as they are residents of village Rajpur which is few kilometers away from our village Jawali. According to the police, investigation has been started by registering a case against the attackers on the complaint of the father of the deceased. He said that five police teams have been deployed to trace the attackers. A video of the incident showed the victim lying on the road in a stunned condition and the attackers hurling bricks at her.

    Father had lodged complaint

    Kanwar Pal, the father of the slain youth, had said in his complaint that Varun alias Arun (35) had gone to drop his wife Anjali at Mohan Nagar bus stand as she was attending Bhai Dooj festival at around 5.45 pm on Tuesday evening with her parents. She was going to her father’s house. He told that on Tuesday night at around 9.15 pm, his nephew Anirudh got a call from Deepak, a resident of his village that Varun was seriously injured and his car was damaged by some unknown people and he was brutally beaten up. Is. After the information, his younger son reached the hotel with the neighbour, where he found Varun lying in a pool of blood. They told that they immediately took him to GTB Hospital in North East Delhi where the doctors present declared him brought dead.
