    Jalaun crime news: Miscreants shot dead a constable on duty in Uttar Pradesh’s Jalaun. The miscreants carried out the incident at the Highway Police Chowki of Jalaun Kotwali area. After the murder of the constable, there was a stir in the police department.

    As soon as SP Dr. Eraj Raja came to know about this incident, he along with the police force and forensic team reached the spot. However, nothing could be found about the miscreants. At present, the police team is engaged in the investigation and is scanning the CCTV footage installed near the spot.

    So that the miscreants can be traced. This incident is being told of the highway outpost of Orai Kotwali area. According to media reports, Constable Bhedjit Singh was doing his duty when the suspect appeared on a bike at around 1.30 am, on which the constable flashed a torch at him.

    When the bike riders did not stop after showing the torch, the constable chased them. Seeing the constable coming after them, the miscreants started firing. During this, a bullet of miscreants hit the constable in the head and he died on the spot.

    As soon as the news of the constable’s death came to the top police officers, there was a stir. Superintendent of Police Eraj Raja reached the spot along with the forensic team. The Forensic Department collected evidence from the crime scene and formed four teams and cordoned off the area and started the investigation.

    Please tell that constable Bhedjit Singh was a resident of Chaurambar village of Mathura. In the year 2021, he got a job in Uttar Pradesh Police and got the first posting Orai Kotwali. The family members have been informed about the incident.
