    T20 World Cup Final, Weather Update: The final match of T20 World Cup 2022 will be played between Pakistan and England at Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday. The latest news is that there is a possibility of rain in this match. There will be a 95 percent chance of rain in Melbourne on Sunday. According to the local meteorological department, there may be rain due to La Nina. To deal with this situation, the ICC has kept a reserve day. Meaning if the game is not played on Sunday and the match is not completed then in the same situation it will be played on the next day. The matter of concern for the sports lovers of both the countries is that there is a possibility of rain on Monday as well. Overall, it may be possible that the final match could not be completed. The question is, who will be considered the T20 World Champion in this situation?

    Eng vs PAK: Reserve Day Rules

    According to ICC rules, the match will be considered live as soon as the toss is done. After this, if it rains, an attempt will be made to complete the game in the reserve day. If both the teams get to play at least 10-10 overs then only then the match will be considered complete.

    25 mm of rain is expected in Melbourne on Sunday. There is a possibility of 10 mm of rain on Monday as well. If this estimate of the Meteorological Department proves to be true then it is difficult to play the final match.

    The ICC will try to get the result together on both the days, but if the match is not completed then Pakistan and England will have to share the trophy.

    T20 World Cup 2022 Price Money

    The winning team of T20 World Cup will get $ 1,600,000 i.e. about Rs 13 crore, while the losing team (runner up) in the final will have to be satisfied with $ 8,00,000 (about Rs 6.50 crore). The teams reaching the semi-finals got $400,000 (over Rs 3 crore).
