Law Minister Shamim Ahmed made a surprise visit today at SKMCH, Muzaffarpur, which is called the biggest hospital of North Bihar. Talking to the media during the same inspection, Bihar Government Law Minister Shamim Ahmed said that today he conducted a surprise inspection of MKMCH Hospital in Muzaffarpur as well as inspected all the wards in turn. He said that MKMCH is considered to be the biggest hospital of North Bihar. But even today, many shortcomings have been seen in the hospital. The concerned officials have been instructed to rectify the same. First of all there is a need to increase the number of beds for patients. Because there are more patients than beds. So there is some trouble.
Unclaimed and burnt ward reviewed
He also took stock of the unclaimed ward and said that he would give one month’s salary for the care and treatment of these patients. Motihari Kalyanpur MLA Manoj Kumar was also with him. He also announced to pay his salary. Apart from this, the burn ward also needs to be made new. Said to keep all these things in front of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
