Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has taken this matter very seriously. For this reason, instructions have been given to run a big campaign against the liquor mafia present inside the state and in other states.
The Chief Minister has ordered to completely demolish the racket of liquor traders. It has been asked to focus more on those who sell and supply it than on the direct drinkers. In fact, on Monday, a review meeting was held in the presence of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on the liquor ban case. Many officers including Chief Secretary, DGP, Additional Chief Secretary of Prohibition Department were present in this meeting.

After the review meeting was over, Chief Secretary Amir Subhani, Additional Chief Secretary, Prohibition Department KK Pathak and IG Amrit Raj, Prohibition Division, interacted with the media. The Chief Secretary said that the responsibility has been fixed not only to nab those who supply and stock more than the drinkers but also to punish them by the court. This action will be taken jointly by the Police and the Prohibition Department.
Due to the drone, liquor is not being made in Diara

Responding to this question, the Chief Secretary said that with the help of drones, liquor makers inside Bihar have been put under control. IG Amrit Raj, who was present on the spot, told that so far this year, 90 liquor mafia and traders related to its supply have been arrested while taking action in other states. The action of his team will continue even further.
