Semi-constructed house demolished by JCB in mutual dispute: FIR registered against three including father and son, lawyer of Sheikhpura Civil Court

In Kapasi village of Karandaya police station area under Chewada block of Sheikhpura district, people of one side broke the help of JCB in a semi-constructed pucca house built by the other party due to mutual land dispute. In connection with this incident, an FIR has been lodged by the victim in the local police station on Thursday.

In this regard, Karande police station president cum sub-inspector of police Rajesh Kumar told that there has been an incident of sabotage, beating and abusing between senior advocate Basuki Prasad Singh of Civil Court Sheikhpura and Rajiv Kumar of his Gotia family over mutual land dispute. It has been estimated that the loss to the victim is about two lakh rupees.

Senior advocate Basuki Prasad Singh and his sons Prabhakar Kumar and Virendra Kumar have been named as accused in the FIR lodged by Ramchandra Singh’s son Rajeev Kumar in connection with the incident. He said that the police is investigating the matter.

Sources said that the accused have alleged that Rajiv Kumar has constructed a house on their share of the land. On the other hand, the victim said that the accused broke their under-construction house forcibly with JCB machine by the miscreants. When they protested against the incident, they abused and beat up. Tension prevails between both the parties after the incident.
