Digital Desk, Harare. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has acquired the Harare Hurricanes franchise in the Jim Afro T10, which will begin on July 20 in Zimbabwe.
Dutt will be the co-owner of the franchise along with Sir Sohan Roy, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Aries Group of Companies. This will be the first partnership activity in the game of cricket.

All ZIM Afro T10 matches will be played in Harare, with the final scheduled for 29 July.
The league represents the first attempt at franchise cricket in Zimbabwe and the tournament will see five privately owned teams compete for the top prize. The other four teams will be the Durban Qalandars, Cape Town Samp Army, Bulawayo Braves and Joburg Lions.
The players’ draft is due to take place on 2 July at a ceremony in Harare.
